The Specific Construction Process Of Artificial Turf

Gluing: It is required to use a glue applicator to apply evenly on the surface, and the glue should not be applied repeatedly, otherwise there may be bubbling or even falling. Use a glue applicator for the base fabric, strictly control the thickness of the glue, and pay attention to the appropriate glue application speed. When applying glue, it should be applied separately to the two bonded surfaces.
Adhesion: Control the drying time reasonably based on the actual influence of temperature, humidity, air pressure, and other conditions at that time. It is generally recommended that within 10-30 minutes after applying the adhesive, the adhesive should reach 80-90% dry and not stick by hand. When bonding, it is required to align and stick firmly at once, and the object being bonded should not be moved back after bonding.
Pressure application: After re bonding, remove any surface debris and use a dedicated rubber hammer to firmly hammer from the bonding area towards both sides, making the surface fully contact and compact, and the bonding more firm.
Curing: The curing time is generally three days, and the final strength test is usually ten days. During the curing period, attention should be paid to maintenance, avoiding exposure to sunlight, water immersion, and movement to achieve the optimal bonding state.
After bonding, before sprinkling quartz sand and rubber particles, it is necessary to use an imported cleaner to clean the grass cut fragments on the site.
