During construction, the adhesive should not be exposed for too long, as solvent evaporation can cause excessive adhesion and prevent construction.
If the temperature is too low, hot water can be heated to 15-20 ℃ to restore the original state, and the performance remains unchanged.
Paving of quartz sand and rubber particles:
When spreading, a spreader must be used for spreading. Quartz sand requires a roundness of over 80% and a diameter of 0.2-1.5mm.
After the installation of artificial turf materials is completed, quartz sand and rubber particles can be laid.
The laying of quartz sand shall be injected N times according to the designed amount of sand. Each time the sand is spread, professional sorting equipment must be used to repeatedly sort and compact the quartz sand thoroughly. Any impurities found during paving must be immediately removed to ensure quality.
The laying of quartz sand should be checked for flatness and adequacy, and any deficiencies should be filled in appropriately.
Fill the quartz sand with rubber particles using the same method as quartz sand paving.
