1. Check and accept the basic engineering.
Remove debris from the foundation and promptly repair and level any unevenness. The construction site must be truly clean to ensure environmental cleanliness and construction quality.
2. Measurement and layout
2.1. According to the design plan, carry out measurement and layout.
2.2. Use a theodolite or other precision measuring instruments to measure whether the surrounding facilities meet the size of the sports field. If there are any inappropriate parts, they should be modified immediately, with a tolerance of 5 millimeters.
2.3. Paving:
2.3.1 Lay the turf flat on the ground according to the original factory specifications, with a 3-8 millimeter overlap between the turf.
2.3.4 Cut the overlapping turf flat with a lawn cutter. The joint should not exceed 3 millimeters.
2.3.5 Lay overlapping cloth under the cutting area, and use a glue applicator to brush the bonding adhesive on the bonding surface. After drying, connect and tap firmly.
3. Explanation of turf bonding construction process
3.1. The bottom surface and interface cloth of the turf to be bonded must be cleaned thoroughly, and the surface should be dry and free of moisture.
3.2. The ambient temperature should be above 5 ℃ for construction, and it is not advisable to work in rainy and moldy weather, otherwise it may cause excessive bonding time or even non adhesion.
