1. High requirements are placed on the flatness of the basic surface to ensure consistent thickness and even elasticity of the artificial grass surface layer. The pass rate of flatness is above 95%,
The error of a 5-meter ruler is 3mm, with a slope of 8 ‰ horizontally, 5 ‰ vertically, and 5 ‰ in the semi-circular area. The surface should be flat, smooth, and ensure drainage.
2. The foundation should have a certain level of strength and stability.
3. The surface is uniform and solid, without cracks, no rotten edges or rough surfaces, and the joints are straight and smooth, with a thickness of 6000mm × It is better to cut into pieces around 6000mm.
4. The cushion layer is compacted with a density greater than 95%. After being compacted by a medium-sized roller, there are no significant wheel marks, loose soil, waves, or other phenomena.
5. The cement foundation must have a waterproof layer, which is made of new PVC thickened waterproof film. The junction should be greater than 300mm, and the edge margin should be greater than 150mm.
6. Consider leaving expansion joints with a width of 5 millimeters.
7. The basic maintenance period is 2-3 weeks.
