Through this approach, the user-friendly characteristics of natural lawns are effectively combined with the super durability of artificial lawns.
In China, 95% of artificial turf is filled with particles, but many schools often overlook the most important construction process when choosing products. The construction technology of artificial turf is very important for the maintenance and service life of artificial turf in the later stage.
Firstly, technical preparation should be made, including "three connections and one leveling" and familiarity with the drawings. Basic construction quality should be inspected and accepted. The laying site should be clean, and the surface should be dry, smooth, free of debris, wax stains, and grease. The minimum construction temperature should be maintained at 10 ℃ or above. Use a theodolite or other instrument to measure whether the surrounding facilities meet the size of the sports field. If there are any unsuitable areas, they should be modified immediately, with a tolerance of ± 5 millimeters.
Secondly, before laying artificial grass, it is necessary to conduct a quality inspection of the turf together with the artificial grass production unit to check whether the material quality, density, and weaving process of the turf are qualified to meet the usage requirements. A standard site connection point cannot exceed 30, and at the same time, check whether the quality of the filling material meets environmental requirements. During the laying process, special tools should be used to cut the edges and seams of the lawn according to specifications, and the overlapping lawn should be cut flat. Use specialized adhesive for artificial grass sports fields to connect, and the joint should not exceed 2 millimeters. The temperature during bonding should not be too low, and the ambient temperature should be above 10 ℃ for construction; Additionally, construction should not be carried out in rainy or moldy weather, as it may result in prolonged bonding time or even non adhesion.
